There is something thrilling about the feeling of having your troubles and worries being carried away by an external force.
Picture the wind or more like a blast that could blow away the heavy load that we sometimes carry over silly things. Things that you worry about that are problems in your mind.
Picturing how things are solved is actually beneficial to have optimistic thoughts to help you resolve your problems.
Try this exercise for your benefit:
1. Paint your troubles and worries.
2. Imagine that a heavy blast comes into the picture.
3. Modify your drawing thinking how the blast will blow them away.
