How do you feel underwater?

Relax underwater, close your eyes.

Swim and breath. This will ease the tension in your muscles.

There is not a better medium for stress relief than water: its sound, the sensation, how you relief the tension.

Try this week to go to the ocean, to a swimming pool. Enjoy water.

Then, paint your experience. Draw what you felt when you closed your eyes and you felt the immensity of water around you.
